Skanstes City Opens SPARK Coworking Space

Skanstes City has launched a new coworking space, SPARK Coworking, offering private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, and private phone booths.

With a total area exceeding 500 m², SPARK Coworking can accommodate up to 90 people at a time. The new coworking space is located in the Skanstes City office quarter, on the ground floor with direct access from Skanstes iela. The interior design was created in collaboration with the design studio “Lolot design”.

Skanstes City Board Member, Andris Kozlovskis, commented:

*“By investing over €370,000, we have expanded our office quarter with coworking spaces that can be used both by our tenants—to add variety to their employees’ daily work—and by other professionals looking for a flexible workspace.

So far, “Mazie Biroji” (Small Offices) have been particularly popular in Skanstes City, offering private offices for 1-4 workstations. SPARK Coworking further expands opportunities for small businesses and professionals who appreciate flexibility, an inspiring work environment, and networking with experts from different industries.”*

Ongoing Skanstes City Developments

Skanstes City is expanding in multiple directions:

• Renovation of two buildings at Skanstes 54 and 54A is ongoing.

• In collaboration with architecture firm “ĒTER”, the “Activity Square” concept has been developed and construction has begun.

• The Laktas iela 16 parking lot is being expanded with an additional 350 parking spaces.
