SG Capital Partners AIFP Attracts €80 Million in Investments

Ellex Kļaviņš provided legal support to SIA SG Capital Partners AIFP in connection with investments raised for its SG Capital Partners Fund I KS. The total investment volume has reached €80 million.

SG Capital Partners AIFP invests in retail and office properties in Riga, Vilnius, and Tallinn, with a focus on investment sustainability. SG Capital Partners Fund I KS investors include leading institutional investors in the Baltics.
