€15.4 Million Allocated for Skanstes City Development

SEB Bank has provided €15.4 million in funding for the development of the Skanstes City office quarter.

Skanstes City is already home to over 60 local and international companies, offering modern office spaces, a BREEAM In-Use sustainability certification with a “Very Good” rating, and a total leasable area of over 55,000 m². The quarter features a dedicated park for work and leisure, coworking spaces, and various services for office employees.

The funding will be invested in further improving the office quarter, expanding office and shared spaces, strengthening sustainability and energy efficiency, and enhancing outdoor spaces for tenants and visitors.

“Sustainability— from construction to daily workspace usage— is one of the key trends in modern office development. This has been a major focus in developing Skanstes City, and we plan to continue expanding in alignment with tenant needs, ensuring sustainable solutions. Another key focus is the cohesive development of the office quarter, offering a diverse range of infrastructure, amenities, and office spaces,” explains Andris Kozlovskis, Board Member of SIA Skanstes City.

The Skanstes City office quarter is part of the SG Capital Partners Fund 1 KS real estate portfolio. SG Capital Partners Fund 1 KS is a Latvia-registered commercial real estate fund, managed by SG Capital Partners AIFP, an alternative investment fund manager licensed by the Financial and Capital Market Commission. The fund’s total assets exceed €140 million. SEB Bank has been partnering with SG Capital Partners since 2018.
