Best Projects, Developers, and Initiatives Recognized at BREL Forum Awards 2024

For the third consecutive year, Baltic real estate leaders voted for the best projects, developers, and green initiatives through a public vote and professional jury evaluation.

More than 2,000 experts participated in the public voting, alongside a professional jury, to evaluate Latvia’s top real estate projects. This year, 24 nominees competed in four categories.
