ABLV Bank Invests 10 Million in SG Capital Partners Fund 1

AS ABLV Bank, as a limited partner, has made its first investment in KS SG Capital Partners Fund 1, according to the bank’s announcement on Nasdaq Riga.

The registered investment amount of SG Capital Partners Fund 1 in the Commercial Register is €41,160,000, with ABLV Bank, AS contributing €10,000,000.

ABLV Bank, AS holds a 24.29% stake in SG Capital Partners Fund 1, KS, making this investment a significant participation in the limited partnership.

SG Capital Partners Fund 1, KS is a fund managed by the alternative investment fund manager SIA SG Capital Partners AIFP, which specializes in real estate investments. The ABLV Group company, New Hanza Capital, AS, owns 30% of the share capital of SIA SG Capital Partners AIFP.
