Skanstes City opens its new conference center

In response to growing demand, “Skanstes City” has officially opened its new conference center at Skanstes Street 50.

The goal of the project is not only to provide modern and flexible facilities for the quarter’s tenants but also to become a significant hub within Riga’s business environment.

The new center meets contemporary standards for work and event needs – it offers high-quality audio and video solutions, a fully equipped podcast studio, interactive presentation systems, video conferencing capabilities, as well as fast and secure Wi-Fi connectivity. The room sizes are designed to accommodate various types of events, hosting from 8 to 80 guests, making the center suitable for both small business meetings and larger gatherings. The flexible configuration ensures maximum convenience for different purposes, while the technical infrastructure, air quality, and ergonomic furniture enhance comfort for long-lasting events.

“Our goal was to create a new and well-defined product in the conference and meeting space segment – one that includes both appropriately equipped and spacious meeting rooms, as well as complementary lounge and coffee areas and support spaces. Every detail was carefully considered – high-quality audio/video equipment, a ‘volcanic’ design, and suitable climate and acoustic solutions, all of which together create a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for any event. We are pleased that the project has turned out as envisioned and are delighted by the strong interest from tenants booking the spaces. This project is also part of the broader Skanstes City modernization cycle, within which the entire office complex is being transformed into a unified modern business environment,” says Andris Kozlovskis, Member of the Management Board of “Skanstes City.”

The “Skanstes City” office quarter is part of the SG Capital Partners Fund 1 KS real estate portfolio. SG Capital Partners Fund 1 KS is a commercial real estate fund registered in Latvia and managed by SG Capital Partners AIFP – an alternative investment fund manager licensed by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
