NORDO signs an exclusive cooperation agreement with Colliers Baltics

NORDO, one of the largest industrial parks in Latvia, announces the signing of an exclusive cooperation agreement with the leading real estate consultancy and management company Colliers Baltics. This collaboration will open up new opportunities for the park’s development and strengthen its position in the Latvian and Baltic markets.
The aim of the cooperation is to promote the availability of industrial space following the recently announced modernization of 30,000 m² of warehouse space and to ensure targeted outreach to those companies seeking high-quality premises for their business expansion. Within this project, Colliers Baltics will be responsible for attracting potential tenants, providing client support, and offering consultancy services throughout the project. The focus of the cooperation will be NORDO’s new A-class building located at Noliktavu Street 7.
After reconstruction, the building will offer a fully modernized, functional business environment that meets modern technical, energy efficiency, and logistics requirements. The layout and structural flexibility of the premises will allow them to be adapted for warehouse, production, and commercial needs, starting from 400 m². An additional advantage is the possibility of installing cranes on existing structures—an uncommon solution for this type of property. Accessibility is ensured by a large parking lot and direct public transport connections, making the building convenient for both company staff and customers. All buildings in the NORDO industrial park, including the reconstructed building at Noliktavu Street 7, are certified according to BREEAM sustainability standards.
“At this stage of the project’s development, it was important for us to find a partner with a good understanding of the market and strong reach in the tenant segment. Colliers’ experience in this field will allow us to more effectively bring our offer to market. At the same time, it is essential for us to ensure that potential tenants have a clear and accessible path to flexible and high-quality premises,” says Mārtiņš Everts, Member of the Board of NORDO.
“We are seeing stable interest from companies looking not only for modern premises but also for an environment that promotes sustainable business development. NORDO Park stands out for its strategically advantageous location, developed infrastructure, good workforce availability, and high-quality, functionally adaptable layout. This commercial property meets both the needs of modern businesses and current market development trends,” comments Anna Saveljeva, Senior Consultant for Industrial Space at Colliers Baltics.
