SG Capital Partners AIFP (SG Capital) is Baltic commercial real estate investment manager with a focus on investment sustainability. Our clients are some of the largest institutional investors (pension funds, financial institutions) in the region.

SG Capital was established in 2015 and is owned by its founding partners. Team’s prior experience is based on the work at Ektornet (real estate management company at Swedbank Group) and Swedbank Investment Management in Latvia.

The company currently manages SG Capital Partners Fund I and Sustainable Forest and Land Fund.​​​​​​​
